Eventia Members have the opportunity to register date and skill specific freelance vacancies on the site. This information can only be viewed by registered Freelancers and the member company that entered the vacancy.
Freelancers who register with Eventia can upload their information to the site, including their CV, their experience, skillsets and their availability dates. These should be updated regularly. Information provided by Freelancers can only be viewed by Eventia members and by the Freelancer who entered the information.
In addition to being able to browse for suitable positions or suitable candidates, the system provides for an automated advice function, whereby at the end of each day new vacancy postings and Freelancer details are computer-matched. E-mails are then sent to Freelancers who fulfil the requested criteria. The e-mails include hyperlinks to the positions available, enabling the Freelancer to follow-up with the posting company.
Once you have signed-up to the Eventia Freelance Register, it’s easy to join the Association. Simply provide references from three clients for whom you have worked during the last two years, and you will become a fully-accredited Freelance Member.
